RentStack may collect account information, property information, rental and financial data, maintenance records, user activity, and other information entered into the platform.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your account;
- provide the features and functionality of RentStack;
- display dashboards, reports, reminders, and property insights;
- improve the performance, usability, and reliability of the platform;
- troubleshoot issues and provide support;
- protect the security and integrity of the platform.
We do not sell your information
RentStack does not sell your personal information, property information, tenant information, or financial information to third parties.
Use of aggregated or de-identified data
RentStack may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data to improve the platform, refine analytics, develop benchmarks, improve models, and better understand how users interact with the service.
Data deletion
You may delete your account and associated data from Account Settings in the app, or request deletion by contacting RentStack at privacy@zaratuk.ca.
User responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you enter into RentStack is accurate and that you have the right to store and manage that information in the platform.
Security
RentStack takes reasonable steps to protect user data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
Early-access notice
RentStack is currently in an early-access stage. Features, data structures, functionality, and access terms may change as the platform evolves.
